Les' Tankard
Les' Tankard is awarded annually by the CFI to the Junior member who has made the best contribution to the Club during the year.
The Tankard was donated by Les (the Winch) Hill to support the Junior members. 
In 2024, we have a great band of juniors, but this year the standout for the Instructors was Tom Gunner. Tom has improved dramatically in the last year, he is a willing helper and importantly attends regularly whatever the weather. This has benefited him greatly and has helped him to become a well rounded, confident pilot.
