Book Your Flight
There are two ways you can arrange to fly with us. You can book and pay directly, or you can use a valid voucher if you have one!

First Flights –
Our First Flights are a great (and by far our most popular!) way to experience gliding with us for the first time. In addition to your First Flight experience, you will also have three months of temporary membership, to enable you to come back and fly again with us, any time, and at member pricing! More information can be found here.
To book using your First Flight Voucher (previously called a “Trial Lesson Voucher”):
- Simply click on the calendar below on any of the dates showing in bright blue… these dates have availability
- Choose your preferred timeslot and click on the “Book Appointment” button, fill in the required details, choosing the required Adult or Junior option,
- You’ll then be taken to the checkout page. At the top of the page you will find a box saying “Do you have a Voucher Code for your Flight”. Enter your Voucher Code, and click the “Apply Voucher Code” button to redeem it’s value against your chosen flight.
- You will then see a notification to say the voucher has been applied, and you can then finish checking out with your personal details to confirm the booking.
If you are booking for yourself and you know when you’d like to fly with us, you don’t need to buy a voucher first.
- Simply click on the calendar below on any of the dates showing in bright blue… these dates have availability
- Choose your pereferred timeslot and click on the “Book Appointment” button, fill in the required details, choosing the required Adult or Junior option,
- You’ll then be taken to the checkout page to complete, and pay for your booking.
Gliding Taster –
If you would like a less expensive way to try this amazing sport for the first time, then maybe this is for you! We don’t sell vouchers for Gliding Taster flights, but we would encourage you to book and pay for a single winch launch here. Temporary membership is included for one month. If you have of one of our Glider Taster/Donated winch launch voucher codes through a charity event, then this is also the option for you!
The DSGC Glider Taster flight is a bookable single winch launch.
- Simply click on the calendar below on any of the dates showing in bright blue… these dates have availability Choose your pereferred timeslot and click on the “Book Appointment” button, fill in the required details, and choose the “Glider Taster” option.
- You’ll then be taken to the checkout page to complete, and pay for your booking.
If you have been lucky enough to be in receipt of one of our Donated Winch Launches –
- Please book and select the “Gliding Taster” option.
- Your donated winch launch voucher has a value equal to the Gliding taster and should be applied against this option.
- Enter your Voucher Code, and click the “Apply Voucher Code” button to redeem it’s value against your chosen flight.
- You will then see a notification to say the voucher has been applied, and you can then finish checking out with your personal details to confirm the booking.
If you have a gift card from the “Into The Blue” website –
It’s also possible fly with us if you have a gift card from the “Into The Blue” gift experience website. If you don’t already have an “Into The Blue” experience gift card, we recommend you choose the First Flight option above! While your “Into the Blue” experience will be the same on the day of your flight, this option does not include any temporary membership beyond the day of your flight.
If you already have an “Into The Blue – 2000ft Aerotow Experience” gift card:
- You will have a gift card from Into The Blue. You will first need to be redeem this with them at redeem@intotheblue.co.uk
- They will then provide you with one of our voucher codes to use to book this option on our website.
- To book your flight, simply click on the calendar below on any of the dates showing in bright blue… these dates have availability Choose your preferred timeslot and click on the “Book Appointment” button, fill in the required details, choosing the “Into the Blue 2000ft Aerotow” option
- You’ll then be taken to the checkout page. At the top of the page you will find a box saying “Do you have a Voucher Code for your Flight”. Enter your Voucher Code in the box, and click the “Apply Voucher Code” button to redeem it’s value against your chosen flight.
- You will then see a notification to say the voucher has been applied, and you can then finish checking out with your personal details to confirm the booking.
